These Terms govern your use of the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm your assent to these Terms and any additional terms referenced herein. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. We may update the Terms from time to time; continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platformâ€”including app listings, descriptions, images, logos, user interfaces, and softwareâ€”is owned by Ujaju or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal and internal business purposes, expressly conditioned on compliance with these Terms. You may view and print content for personal use, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works without Ujajuâ€™s prior written consent or unless required by applicable law. Trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of Ujaju or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or license rights to any content, software, or marks beyond the rights expressly described herein.

3. Third-Party Links and Apps

The Platform provides access to third-party apps and content hosted on external stores, most notably Google Play. Ujaju does not host these apps on ujaju.com. We do not control the availability, content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of such third-party apps or stores. Your use of any linked app is governed by the terms, privacy policies, and conditions of the respective third party. By proceeding to any third-party app or store, you acknowledge that Ujaju is not responsible for the third partyâ€™s offerings, and you agree to any terms set by those third parties. Ujaju does not endorse or warrant the safety, reliability, or legality of third-party apps or stores unless expressly stated by Ujaju.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UJAJU DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. UJAJU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. IN NO EVENT SHALL UJAJU OR ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ujajuâ€™s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid, if any, by you for access to the Platform in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars (USD 100). This limitation may not apply in jurisdictions where prohibited by law.
